With the gentle sounds and rhythms of your voice, body, drums and ukulele, you'll say goodbye to anxiety and worry while you discover a mindful form of self expression.

Our mini retreat ends with guided meditation and sound bath. Discover the profound benefits of a sound bath, where soothing sounds of crystal bowls, drums and vocals weave a tapestry of tranquility and inner peace. Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, melting away stress and tension, while guiding you into a state of deep relaxation.
