My path into this work started during a time of chronic stress, when breathing and even singing no longer came easily. Mindfulness, music, breath and sound became pathways back to balance and joy.

Today, I offer a gentle, intuitive approach rooted in compassion, supporting relief from stress and anxiety while helping women reconnect with their voice. Through meditation, music, sound, movement, yoga and mindfulness, I guide others to find their expressive heart song while finding a greater sense of joy.

My background in music, dance, art, and education has allowed me to weave almost three decades of professional knowledge into creating transformational experiences.
